A LITTLE LOVE. A BRIGHT FUTURE. · 2027

Big possibilities.
Little learners.
So much love.

Every child deserves to feel seen, encouraged, and celebrated. Welcome to Ms. Kelley’s Little Learners, where nurturing enrichment and personalized tutoring help children grow with confidence—and families have a caring partner along the way.

Play is a powerful way children learn. When little ones build, pretend, sing, move, and explore, they practice language, problem-solving, coordination, and getting along with others. Play also gives children opportunities to express feelings, try new ideas, and grow in confidence. At Ms. Kelley’s Little Learners, we turn purposeful play into joyful learning experiences that follow each child’s interests, abilities, and pace.

Parents and caregivers are a child’s first teachers. When you play, read, talk, and explore together, you strengthen your bond and help your child feel secure enough to try new things. Your participation helps us understand your child’s strengths, interests, and needs, while shared practice connects each session to everyday life. You do not need perfect lessons or special materials: small moments of encouragement, listening, and learning together can nurture language, confidence, and growing independence.

The heart behind Little Learners

Meet the heart behind the mission

Hi, I’m Ms. Kelley.

A calling placed on my heart.

Most importantly, I believe God gave me this vision, and He let me know it was time to begin. Ms. Kelley’s Little Learners is my step of faith: using the gifts He has given me to love, encourage, and teach children. My prayer is that His light shines through the patience, kindness, and care each family experiences here.

My teaching journey began with my boys.

When my youngest son was in second grade, he was diagnosed with ADHD. At the time, medication felt like the best option for our family. But I also saw how much individual support he needed in the classroom.

With one teacher caring for and teaching about 20 children, it was difficult for his teacher to meet every child’s learning needs, including those of children with disabilities. I was working a corporate job, and my schedule did not give me the flexibility to go to the school every day to support my son.

So I made a decision that changed our lives. At a time when homeschooling was less common, I used my 401(k) savings and chose to teach my boys at home.

That is where my teaching journey began: with a mother’s determination to help her children learn in a way that met their needs. It is the heart I bring to Ms. Kelley’s Little Learners today.

As a teacher, former daycare owner, and parent educator, I’ve spent years helping children discover what they can do. My experience spans Pre-K, first grade, and second grade—and my heart has always been with children and families.

Ms. Kelley’s Little Learners grows from that same calling: to teach with love, lead with purpose, and help every child recognize their brilliance.

We welcome children and families from all backgrounds, cultures, and learning journeys. Here, your child belongs.

Let’s talk about your little learner ↗
Rooted in faith · Led by love

Let His light shine
through little lives.

God placed this vision on my heart, and I believe He said it was time to begin. I want this work to reflect His love in the way we welcome families, notice each child’s gifts, and patiently help them grow.

Jesus made room for children. His example reminds me to meet each little learner with tenderness, dignity, and joy. Every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved.

With love and faith, Ms. Kelley

Children are welcome.

“But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.””
Matthew 19:14 · NLT

Jesus welcomes children. We seek to reflect that welcome in the care we give every learner.

Held in His love.

“Then he took the children in his arms and placed his hands on their heads and blessed them.”
Mark 10:16 · NLT

His tenderness inspires us to teach with gentleness, encouragement, and respect.

A light that shines.

“In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.”
Matthew 5:16 · NLT

May our work shine through everyday acts of kindness, patient teaching, and faithful service.

Our Christian faith inspires our mission.
Every family is welcome.

We serve children and families of all faiths and backgrounds with the same warmth, dignity, and care.

Children flourish when families and communities come together with care. We warmly welcome schools, churches, libraries, community organizations, and local businesses who share a heart for helping children learn. Whether you have a space to share, a family to connect, materials to donate, or an idea to explore, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can bring joyful enrichment and tutoring opportunities to more Triad families.

The care we bring to every partnership

  • Experience in early childhood and elementary education, with a warm, individualized approach.
  • Hands-on enrichment and tutoring tailored to the ages, goals, and needs of participating children.
  • Meaningful parent involvement and practical learning ideas families can use at home.
  • Collaborative planning for program format, schedule, location, and communication.
  • Respect for each family’s background, culture, language, and learning journey.

Start small. Build something meaningful.

01

Share your community’s needs

Tell us about the families you care for, the hopes you have for your community, and how you’d like to help. A simple conversation is a wonderful place to begin.

02

Shape a practical plan

Discuss a workshop, referral arrangement, sponsored sessions, or pilot. Confirm scope, capacity, costs, and responsibilities together.

03

Confirm, deliver & review

Agree on the details in writing before starting, then review participation, family feedback, and next steps.

Clear expectations from the beginning

Each partnership is discussed individually. Before delivery, we confirm age groups, availability, approved space, caregiver presence, safeguarding, insurance requirements, fees or sponsorship terms, cancellation arrangements, and privacy expectations. Family information and learning updates are shared only with appropriate permission. A partnership inquiry does not reserve a program or create an agreement.

Scholarships & material support

We welcome conversations about helping families access learning and about donated educational materials. Scholarship opportunities depend on confirmed funding and program capacity. Nonprofit status is planned and has not been approved; we do not promise that contributions are tax-deductible.

Let’s explore the possibilities

Let’s make room for more little learners.

Have an idea or a question? Share a little about your organization, your community, and the ways you hope we might work together. You don’t need a finished plan—we can explore the possibilities together.

Email notice is counted from the time sent. With at least 12 hours’ notice, there is no cancellation fee and a prepaid session may be transferred or credited to your family’s account for future services.

Client privacy & use of your information

We use parent, caregiver, and child information only to provide and administer your requested services: enrollment, scheduling, individualized learning plans, progress updates, family communication, payments, and service-related records. We do not sell or rent client information or use it for unrelated advertising.

We request only information needed for these purposes. Access is limited to authorized staff and service providers who need it to deliver services, our platform’s booking and payment providers. Records are kept only as long as needed to serve your family and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements, then securely disposed of. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect a child’s safety.

We will not publish your child’s name, photograph, work, or testimonial without separate parent or guardian permission. Parents or guardians should complete booking and enrollment; children should not submit their own personal information. Email us to request access, corrections, or deletion of your information, subject to required records retention. Our booking and payment platform provider handles information submitted through its service under its own privacy notice.

Monthly packages, priority scheduling & cards on file

Learning programs are available as individual 60-minute sessions or four-session monthly packages. Individual sessions are purchased and scheduled separately; the monthly package scheduling and card-on-file arrangements below apply to package purchases. Each monthly package includes four 60-minute sessions over four weeks. When purchasing a package, we work with you to reserve all four appointments in advance and request your preferred recurring day and time. Times are reserved once confirmed by Ms. Kelley, subject to teacher and location availability. A card on file alone does not reserve a time or guarantee availability.

Monthly package families are asked to maintain a valid payment card on file through our platform, with separate signed cardholder authorization. Card details belong on our platform’s payment process, never in an email, text, website message, or learning record. We do not keep full card numbers or security codes in our own files.

The authorization will state the permitted charges, amount or method of calculation, and when a charge may occur. It may cover an approved package purchase and cancellation or no-show fees under the policy above. Saving a card does not authorize automatic monthly renewal. Each new package must be approved and its payment and schedule confirmed before the next four-week period. A card supplied for one appointment’s no-show protection is separate from permission to save it for future purchases.

You may ask to update or remove a saved card or revoke future payment authorization by contacting us. This does not erase valid charges already incurred. If you prefer not to save a card, contact Ms. Kelley before enrollment to discuss an alternative prepayment arrangement. We will confirm any alternative before reserving sessions. Reminders are a courtesy; please keep track of your confirmed appointments.

Our service guarantee

We promise respectful, inclusive, personalized teaching; preparation for your child’s sessions; clear communication; and practical feedback to support learning at home. Every child develops at a different pace, so we do not guarantee a particular grade, test score, milestone, or result within a set time.

If a session does not meet these service commitments, contact Ms. Kelley as soon as possible with the concern. We will listen, review what happened, and agree on a practical response, such as adjusting the learning plan or teacher match. If we did not provide the agreed session service, you may choose a replacement session or an account credit for that affected session. Eligible unused-session balances are credited to your family’s account under our account credit policy.

Account credit policy

Eligible balances are issued as credit toward your family’s account for future services only, rather than cash or refunds to a payment card. This policy applies to new purchases made after it is disclosed and accepted. Previously agreed purchase terms remain in effect unless you agree to a change. Any refund required by applicable law will still be honored.

The one-time $50 registration fee is nonrefundable and is not eligible for account credit once enrollment is confirmed, except if we cannot provide the agreed program or applicable law requires otherwise. Completed sessions do not qualify for account credit unless the service guarantee applies.

You may discontinue a package and request account credit for eligible unused sessions. We calculate the credit from the package price divided by four, less completed sessions and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. We do not reprice completed sessions at a higher rate. An unused session cancelled at least 12 hours in advance is eligible for its full value in account credit. Late cancellations and no-shows follow the cancellation policy, with no duplicate charge.

If we cancel a session or cannot deliver the remaining program, you may reschedule or receive account credit for the affected unused services. If we cannot provide the program at all, the registration fee is also eligible for account credit. Any refund required by applicable law will still be honored.

Account credits are recorded in dollars on your family’s service account and applied to future services when booked with Ms. Kelley. They are not a payment-card refund or an automatic reservation. We will confirm the balance and any amount still due before booking. Credits do not expire and are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. Future appointments remain subject to availability.

To request or use a credit, email kelleys.littlelearners@gmail.com with the parent or guardian’s name, program, appointment dates, and reason for the request. Do not include card details. We aim to review requests within five business days and confirm the credit in writing. These policies do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
